PAYMENT AND AGREEMENT:

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN TILL FRIDAY JUNE 19TH, 2026.
Conditions and agreement are established under the Lic IM 075 10 0360 – RCP HISCOX n°0077879

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Upon ONLINE REGISTRATION the total amount ordered has to be paid.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please send a written notice of cancellation to valid by Email: mathilde.mangin@im-events.com

REGISTRATION FEES:

Before May 10th, 2026: 50% cancellation fees
From May 11th, 2026: no refund

Name changes are authorized till June 1st, 2026
(Any change or cancellation must be validated by mail or fax)
